Please read carefully for important information about how your product(s) will be shipped, and what you can expect when they arrive.

Packaging has been carefully designed to protect your product during the shipping process, while doing our best to minimize the amount of materials used. Nonetheless, sometimes things happen, so please be sure to inspect your order carefully when it’s delivered, and make sure the driver notes any damages.

If you can’t open and inspect your package before the driver departs, please do so as soon as possible - carriers typically allow only 48-hours for concealed damages to be claimed. If you do find a problem, please take pictures, note descriptions and contact us immediately.

The phone number you provide during the purchase process may be used to contact you in the event the delivery carrier has any questions. Please make sure to provide a good number for this.

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Make sure all of the information is correct, and contact us immediately if anything is wrong. Following the order confirmation, you will receive an email to let you know your order has shipped. This email will include a tracking number for your order, and an estimated delivery date.

Passage, French & Bifold doors will generally be delivered by a familiar parcel package carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. The Passage & French door packages will be slightly larger than the overall dimensions of the door. The Bifold package will be slightly larger than the folded size of your door, so keep in mind where the carrier may leave it if you’re not home for delivery.

When opening boxes, please remember not to use any sharp objects that may damage the finish or wood of your new doors!

Barn doors may exceed the parcel package size limitations, so will be delivered by a logistics trucking service (e.g. Con-Way Freight, YRC Freight, R+L Carriers, Saia Freight, or others, depending on your location).

The order will be on a wooden pallet and protected from damage by things like forklifts or top-loading. The carrier will deliver your order in a smaller truck with a lift-gate to make unloading easier. The carrier is only responsible for delivering your order on-time and without damage.

These items will be shipped together, most likely on a single pallet. Delivery times and conditions will be the same as for barn doors.

Delivery times will generally be 7-10 days within the Eastern half of the United States and 10-14 days within the Western half. Some more remote areas may require additional delivery time. Please use the carrier tracking number to get the most accurate and up-to-date information on your order.

Additionally, some shipments require that someone be there to receive them, so the actual delivery of your order will also depend on your availability. Carriers will always call ahead to schedule delivery.
